A telephone assessment can be undertaken in exceptional circumstance such as emergency admissions and extended distance of travel.

Once the pre-admission assessment has been completed the individual will be informed in writing if Tabley House are able to meet their individual identified needs.

Once this has been confirmed and contracts signed a mutually convenient admission date is agreed. All new admissions are subject to an initial month's trial to ensure the individual is happy with their choice of home and Tabley House are assured that they can meet the individual's needs.
