15 December 2011:
Christmas comes to Tabley House

Although Christmas is still 10 days away residents of Tabley House are are already full of the festive spirit. In early December the residents helped to put up the Christmas decorations. In all we have 7 trees as well as numerous garlands and decorations throughout the home. Residents have been out to various Christmas lunches as well as completing the essential Christmas shopping.

Special thanks to Knutsford Scouts who, on the evening of 12th December, came and sang carols for our entertainment. The residents enjoyed a sherry and a good old sing along. The children enjoyed chocolates and meeting the residents. A great evening was had by all. Many more activities are planned right up to Christmas culminating with a general invite to carols, sherry and mince pies around the main tree on Thursday 22nd December.
