Positive outcomes from the latest resident surveys

The results have come in from two surveys that our residents have recently completed and the results are extremely positive.

The first survey was called 'Annual Quality Satisfaction' and featured questions based on the comfort and cleanliness on the home. Residents were also questioned about the commitment, flexibility, friendliness and communication skills of the staff. The results included the following:

  • Out of 17 residents questioned 10 were delighted and 7 were very happy with the comfort of their room and the home in general.
  • When questioned about the competence of staff 12 residents were delighted, 3 were very happy and 2 were happy.

The second survey was called 'Annual Quality Assurance Meals' and its main focus was on the choice, presentation and edibility of the food served at Tabley House Nursing Home. The results included the following:

  • Out of 13 residents questioned 12 said they found the food appertising and only 1 resident said they did not always find their food appertising.
  • When questioned about portion sizes 12 residents said they were happy with the portion sizes and 1 resident said that portion sizes were not always right for them.
