Management

Tabley House Management Team

Frankie Moore is the Regional Director for Cygnet Health and makes a minimum of a monthly visit to spend time speaking to the staff, residents and relatives. The visits are also to closely monitor the environment to ensure residents needs are being met and quality standards maintained.

Karen Lynskey is the Registered Manager for the home amd works in a supernumerary capacity along with the Deputy Manager Liane Topham. Karen and Liane are responsible for the daily operational management of the home and ensuring residents' needs are met.


Nursing

Tabley House Nursing Team

Our teams of qualified and dedicated staff really focus on the individual needs of the residents. They are committed to providing professional and respectful care and maintaining Tabley's exceptional standards. These standards stretch across the board, not just in relation to the care we provide, but also in our hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance and adminstrative services.

Tabley House Nursing Team

We employ dedicated, well trained staff, to provide 24-hour care in a professional and respectful way. Each resident has their own regularly updated care plan. Additional services such as speech therapy or physiotherapy can always be arranged, as can opticians and dentists appointments.


Catering

Tabley House Catering Team

Linda, our Head Chef, is responsible for, and takes pride in offering a balanced, nutritious diet. Linda and her team use fresh, quality ingredients, to meet all our residents' preferences including any specific dietary requirements.

Linda meets with the residents on admission to identify individual preferences and also holds residents meetings on a regular basis to ensure the menus cover the types of food that residents like. Every resident is offered a hearty breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon tea and an evening meal. Click here to seel a sample of our menus.


Activities

Tabley House Activities Team

Everybody enjoys different activities and, wherever possible, we encourage each resident to continue to do the kind of things they did before moving. We recognise that this doesn't necessarily mean taking part in a group activity, because whilst some residents would enjoy this, there are lots of other types of activity which form part of everyday living.

On admission the activities staff talk to residents and their family to understand about their hobbies and interests and any new interests they might like to try. Relatives are welcome to join in with activities and we strongly encourage family and friends to take part in social events. Click here to see a sample of our activities.


Housekeeping

Tabley House Catering Team

This team of staff works tirelessly in keeping all areas of Tabley clean, tidy, as well as laundry management and meeting infection control standards. They form a vital part of our team and befriend the residents in helping them, if they wish and are able, to participate in cleaning and arranging their individual rooms.


Maintenance

Tabley House Maintenance Team

This team of staff works tirelessly in keeping all areas of Tabley well maintained; meeting health and safety standards, good practice guidance and legislation. Nothing is too much trouble, from assisting a resident with a fax machine, tuning in the TV or helping them to decide where pictures should be placed and securing them to the wall.


Administration

This team of staff is responsible for managing reception, delivering post, newspapers as well as the behind the scenes administrative paperwork required in ensuring the smooth operation of the care home such as invoicing etc...
