Convalescent / Intermediate Care

Tabley offers a range of services from full nursing care, to assistance with personnel care and rehabilitation that help recovery from illness, prevent hospital admission, support discharge from hospital as soon as possible and maximise independent living.

We aim to assist the individual to return to health after illness or debility, the primary object normally is to aid the individual to return home once recuperated.
