Tabley is able to offer varying levels of care and support to people with a range of physical fragility; disability and or illnesses such as CVA, TIA, Parkinson disease, diabetes, memory impairment, reduced mobility etc…. whether in early onset or at a later stage.
The emphasis is on providing a supportive and friendly environment; empowering individuals to lead active and independent lives for as long as they are able.
Our care teams always liaise closely with the individual, professionals, families, friends and NHS specialist nurses- ensuring continuity of care at all times in a safe and knowledgeable care environment.
